NEW YORK — Robert James "Bob" Regan, a career-long trade publication journalist who covered the aluminum and magnesium beats for AMM, died May 4 after a brief illness.
Regan, whose career spanned more than 60 years, wrote for a variety of wire services and publications, including the Journal of Commerce (his first reporting job), United Press International and Purchasing Magazine. He served as nonferrous editor of Iron Age Magazine and, up until his death, as a columnist for....
