NEW YORK Taiwans only steelmaker, China Steel Corp. (CSC), is seeking growth strategies for its customers, many of whom are steel users in neighboring mainland China.
Those strategies, however, do not include buying or building a plant in China, where domestic overproduction remains a risk, CSC chairman and chief executive officer Jo-Chi Tsou said Tuesday at the Steel Success Strategies XXVI conference in New York co-sponsored by AMM and World Steel Dynamics Inc.....
