NEW YORK — DLA Strategic Materials is changing its sales format for tungsten ore and concentrate to a basic ordering agreement (BOA) starting next month from the unpopular negotiated offering.
"The decision was made because we see the BOA as a cleaner, more-efficient process for us," a spokesman for the Defense Department agency told AMM, adding that the decision had little to do with market dissatisfaction over the negotiated offerings. ....
