China's steel output dips slightly

SHANGHAI, China — China’s crude steel output eased to a daily average of just under 1.95 million tonnes in the middle 10 days of July, down nearly 0.3 percent from the first 10 days of the month, according to the China Iron and Steel Association (Cisa).

The small decrease reflected weak forward buying in June, market participants said.....
