PHILADELPHIA Joseph Curtin has been elected chairman of TMS International Corp.s board of directors, taking over the post long held by industry veteran Michael Coslov.
Curtin will continue in his roles as president and chief executive officer of Glassport, Pa.-based TMS International, a ferrous scrap broker and provider of steel mill services.
Curtin, 65, has been in the steel industry since 1977 and joined the company, then known as Tube City-IMS Corp., in 1983.....
