NEW YORK A federal judge has denied a request by ArcelorMittal France and ArcelorMittal Atlantique et Lorraine for a new trial in a steel sheet patent case against AK Steel Corp., Severstal Dearborn Inc. and Wheeling-Nisshin Inc., according to documents filed with the U.S. District Court in Delaware.
ArcelorMittal had petitioned for the new trial after a jury determined earlier this year that the defendants hadnt infringed on ArcelorMittals U.S. patent 6,296,805 concerning boron-containing steel sheet coated with aluminum.....
