SHANGHAI, China Chinas Ministry of Commerce will initiate an anti-dumping investigation into imports of high-performance stainless steel seamless tube from Europe and Japan, it said Thursday.
The investigation is being launched in response to a petition submitted by Chinese stainless pipe producers Changshu Walsin Specialty Steel Co. Ltd. and Jiangsu Wujin Stainless Pipe Group Co. Ltd. and later supported by Baosteel Stainless, Jiangsu Yinhuan Precision Steel Tube Co. Ltd. and Zhejiang Jiuli Hi-Tech Metals Co. Ltd.....
