LONDON Sapa Group has agreed to buy an aluminum profiles unit in Jiangyin, China, from Jiangyin Haihong Nonferrous Metal Material Co. Ltd. for an undisclosed amount, the Swedish extruder said Thursday.
The plant, 95 miles northeast of Shanghai, has 15 presses with a total capacity of 60,000 tonnes per year. It also is equipped with casting, anodizing, horizontal powder coating, thermal break and fabrication capabilities, Sapa said. Haihong,....
