PITTSBURGH A new player in the Alaska scrap market is seeking permission to establish a 34-acre scrap processing yard that will prepare material for an export business it has launched.
The Matanuska-Susitna Borough Planning Commission will hold public hearings Nov. 7 and 21 at the request of Wasilla-based Tri Metal International LLC.....
