PITTSBURGH Sun River Energy Inc. plans to develop a metallurgical coal mine at the Raton Basin in Colfax County, N.M.
The Dallas-based company owns more than 178,000 acres of coal rights in the basin and is bullish on steelmaking coal in the area.....
