August shredded exports bounce back

PHILADELPHIA Stronger demand from Turkey and several Far East nations boosted shredded scrap exports to their highest one-month total so far this year.
Shipments climbed 53.7 percent to 961,850 tonnes, according to the latest figures from the U.S. Commerce Department, marking a rebound from Julys more-than-200,000-tonne fall vs. June to 625,776 tonnes.....
