PITTSBURGH — Another lawsuit alleging breach of contract has been filed against Severstal Columbus LLC by one of its former suppliers.
Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Mississippi Scrap Recycling LLC, an arm of Steel Dynamics Inc.’s OmniSource Corp., is suing the producer for allegedly walking away from a contract for Severstal’s aluminum needs.
The lawsuit was originally filed in June but recently came into the public eye when the Lowndes County Chancery Court approved transferring the case to Lowndes County Circuit Court. ....
