Moody’s upgrades U.S. automakers, suppliers

CHICAGO — Moody’s Investors Service has raised ratings on two U.S. automakers, and set ratings for a German automaker and two Tier I suppliers.

Moody’s raised General Motors Co.’s corporate family rating and probability of default rating to Ba1 from Ba2, and its secured credit facility rating to Baa2 from Baa3.....
