PITTSBURGH A joint venture established by two Asian companies has entered a deal to acquire North American metallurgical coal asset Grande Cache Coal Corp.
The definitive agreement calls for Grande Cache to be sold to Alberta Ltd. Acquisition Co., a joint venture of Hong Kongs Winsway Coking Coal Holdings Ltd. and Japans Marubeni Corp., for Canadian $1 billion ($980.9 million).....
