NEW YORK Copper and brass service centers and suppliers foresee little improvement in orders in the next three months compared with the previous three-month period, according to a Copper and Brass Servicenter Association (CBSA) survey.
Some 57.1 percent of service centers and 35.7 percent of suppliers expect incoming order levels to be about the same in the next three months, while 28.6 percent of service centers and 57.1 percent of suppliers forecast a drop in incoming orders and only 14.3 percent of service centers and 7.1 percent of suppliers forecast an increase in orders. ....
