PHILADELPHIA — PSC Metals Inc. has acquired assets from Metals Solutions LLC and Knox Recycling Inc., both Knoxville, Tenn., scrap processors.
"The acquisition of Metals Solutions allows us to further provide quality products and service to our aluminum customers.
