Ferrous scrap offers into Southeast Asia fell to the lowest seen in 2011 as sluggish demand in the region continued to drive down prices.
Offers for HMS 1&2 (80:20 mix) in containers from Europe, the USA and Africa are at $405-440 per tonne cfr this week, down from $440-450 per tonne cfr last week.
