Mexico claims China violated WTO rules

MEXICO CITY — The Mexican government has accused China of breaking World Trade Organization (WTO) rules by, among other things, "distorting" the value of some merchandise.
Mexico’s economics ministry "continues to denounce Chinese practices that are detrimental to fair trade," the ministry said in a communiqué posted on its Web site, including "undervaluing, trade triangulation, incorrect tariff classification and the distorting of invoices of merchandise introduced in packages or groups."....
