PHILADELPHIA A Santa Rosa, Calif., scrap processor and auto wrecker facing a 23-count criminal complaint over alleged environmental violations has been granted a request for an early court hearing.
Creams Dismantling & Scrap Inc. has lost business and been forced to lay off employees as a result of the charges, attorney Therese Cannata told the Sonoma County Superior Court. She didnt specify how much money was lost or the number of employees laid off.....
