DAILY SCRAP REPORT: Bulk deals emerge as European ferrous prices fall below $400 cfr

Metal Bulletin’s Daily Ferrous Scrap Index cfr Iskenderun fell to $416.83 on an HMS 1&2 (80:20) basis on Monday, down from $421.10 on Friday, as news of some bulk cargoes reached the market.
Two mixed cargoes were booked by mills late last week, with the prices paid showing steep falls from previous deals.
