NEW YORK Canada and Mexico have announced their intentions to join the proposed Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), which would make the potential trade agreement the largest in the world.
"We looked at the outline of the criteria set by the partnership and they are all criteria that Canada can easily meet, so it is something were interested in moving on," Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper said Sunday at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit in Honolulu. ....
