Canada targets Asia after US delays pipeline

NEW YORK — The Canadian government will send its oil resources to China and other Asian markets, it said just days after the Obama administration delayed a decision on TransCanada Corp.’s Keystone XL pipeline project.

Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper expressed disappointment in the delay Sunday during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit in Honolulu, and affirmed the necessity for Canada to look east.....
