CHICAGO — Olympic Steel Inc., a metals toll processor and distributor, is sueing Pan Metal & Processing LLC for alleged breach of contract.
Olympic claims that Pan Metal & Processing failed to pay for delivered aluminum sheet blanks in various sizes and piece counts.....
