CHICAGO — Canadian metals manufacturer and distributor Samuel, Son & Co. Ltd. has agreed to acquire flat-rolled processor Doral Steel Inc.
Toledo, Ohio-based Doral operates a 120,000-square-foot facility with four slitters in Toledo; a 58,000-square-foot facility with two slitters in Clinton, Tenn.; and has an exclusive processing agreement for use of a slitter and cut-to-length line in Monterrey, Mexico. ....
