Scrap prices to Spain fall again as mills book only for immediate needs

The prices paid for ferrous scrap imported into Spain fell this week as mills squeezed levels further looking to acquire material just for their immediate needs.
Most exporters have been unwilling to sell to Spain with demand and prices being so weak for the past six weeks. However, a few sellers have been forced to accept low prices to liquidate stocks near to the end of the year. ....
