PITTSBURGH An Alabama man has been arrested in connection with the theft of more than 70 tons of scrap metal from a railroad yard.
Ricky Woods, 54, of Florence, Ala., who has been charged with receiving stolen property, is being held without bond in Lawrence County Jail as more charges are pending, according to Town Creek....
