NEW YORK Aluminum used beverage can (UBC) recycling rates reversed course in October, posting a marginal volume gain after logging two months of declines.
UBC reclamation totaled 131.7 million pounds in October, up 0.8 percent from 130.6 million pounds in September, according to a preliminary monthly report from the Aluminum Association, Arlington, Va.....
