CHICAGO Legend Tube & Metal Sales Inc. has been cited for 21 safety and health violations for allegedly operating unsafe cranes that struck and injured two workers at the steel service center in May.
The Cleveland-based company faces fines of $157,200, according to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), which launched an investigation after receiving reports that two workers had been struck by overhead cranes at the plant on May 9 and 10.....
