CHICAGO Cosma International, a subsidiary of Tier I automotive supplier Magna International Inc., has agreed to acquire four aluminum foundries from BDW Technologies Group.
BDW Technologies parent company, Germany-based BDW Group, is a vacuum high-pressure aluminum die caster, with 2011 sales expected at 160 million (U.S. $215.4 million), according to a statement from Magna.....
