NEW YORK Thomas R. Graham and Ujal Singh Bhatia have been appointed to the World Trade Organizations (WTOs) seven-member appellate body.
The WTO Appellate Body is charged with hearing appeals from the dispute settlement panel and upholds, modifies or reverses the findings. The two new members, from the United States and India, respectively,....
