PITTSBURGH — Indiana recycler 360 Degree Metal Recycling Inc. has been given the regulatory all-clear to begin construction of a proposed shredder in New Carlisle.

The Indiana Department of Environmental Management has granted an air permit to the company, owned by Randy Schlipp, who also operates Randy’s Recycling Inc. in Eau Claire, Mich., as well....
