PITTSBURGH An international trading company is suing a division of ArcelorMittal USA LLC for more than $10 million and has accused the company of reneging on its delivery of metallurgical coal in a rising price environment.
The lawsuit against Princeton, W.Va.-based ArcelorMittal Princeton Mining (AMP), filed Nov. 14 in U.S. District Court in Northern Illinois by London-based Balli Steel Plc, alleges breach of contract.....
