Metal Bulletin’s Daily Ferrous Scrap Index cfr Iskenderun rose to $412.51 per tonne on an HMS 1&2 (80:20) basis on November 22, up from $410.07 the day before on higher priced offers from US east coast exporters. Lower priced cargoes from Europe have recently been concluded at $400 per....
