DAILY SCRAP REPORT: Prices stabilise on quiet Turkish mill buying

Metal Bulletin’s Daily Ferrous Scrap Index cfr Iskenderun rose to $412.63 per tonne on an HMS 1&2 (80:20) basis on November 23, up from $412.51 the day before as prices for cargoes to Turkey stabilised.
A deal for 12,000 tonnes of HMS 1&2 (70:30) from Europe was heard trading at $398 per tonne cfr Istanbul on the market on Wednesday, the seller confirmed to Metal Bulletin. ....
