DAILY SCRAP REPORT: Index rises on surge of higher-priced deals

Metal Bulletin’s Daily Ferrous Scrap Index cfr Iskenderun rose to $422.99 per tonne on an HMS 1&2 (80:20) basis on November 28, up from $415.63 at the end of last week.
A surge of deals were heard on the market on Monday, all thought to have concluded last week.
