Natural Blue slapped with two lawsuits

PITTSBURGH — Recycler Natural Blue Resources Inc. has been sued for allegedly shorting a scrap trader of more than half the material it paid for, and also faces another lawsuit from a couple alleging the company violated the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act when the company failed to repay a loan.

The lawsuit, filed in federal District Court in Detroit, lists Natural Blue as a codefendant, along with Natural Blue’s Joe Corazzi; Robert Hunt and Joe Skorupski, of Global Family Recycling LLC, Warren, Mich.; Michael A. Cenit, of NCIO Trading LLC, Windermere, Fla.; Asif Balagam, of GreenParts International Inc., Atlanta; Jeff Stokes, of S-Con Corp., Ypsilanti, Mich.; and Manoj C. Sheth.....
