Metal Bulletin’s Daily Ferrous Scrap Index cfr Iskenderun increased to $424.69 per tonne on an HMS 1&2 (80:20) basis on November 29, up from $422.99 a day earlier.
One US exporter sold a mixed cargo of 12,000 tonnes of HMS....
