NEW YORK U.S. stainless steel scrap exports rose in September to their second-highest level this year, driven by gains in exports to China and Spain.
Exports totaled 68,686 tonnes, up 24.8 percent from 55,025 tonnes the prior month, according to the latest figures from the U.S. Commerce Department. June was the only....
