Steel production declines again in mid-November

SHANGHAI, China — China’s steel output dipped slightly in mid-November as some mills extended production cuts, even as others brought production back on-stream.

Daily production of crude steel fell to 1.663 million tonnes in the middle 10 days of November, down from 1.664 million tonnes in the previous 10 days, according to the China Iron and....
