Wisconsin scrapyard worker charged with stealing metal

PITTSBURGH — A Wisconsin scrapyard manager has been charged with stealing scrap metal and allegedly arranging for it to be sold at another scrapyard.

Ronald W. Grawien, of Sheboygan, Wis., has been accused in the alleged theft of movable property and attempted theft of movable property, both felonies, from Sheboygan Scrap Metals.....
