NEW YORK Carpenter Technology Corp. has agreed to acquire Canadian machining company ARwin Machining Plus Ltd. for $1.4 million, the company said Monday.
Nisku, Alberta-based ARwins assets will become part of Amega West Services LLC, a Carpenter subsidiary that specializes in the manufacture of directional drilling equipment, according to a statement by the company. The transaction is expected to close Dec.....
