TORONTO — Steel fabricator Empire Industries Ltd. is selling two of its Canadian facilities in a deal valued at approximately Canadian $3.8 million ($3.7 million).
Winnipeg, Manitoba-based Empire said it plans to sell its Empire Iron Works structural steel operation in Winnipeg and its Hopkins Steel Works in Welland, Ontario, to Supreme Group, western Canada’s largest steel fabrication company.....
