DLA ferrochrome prices fall further on feeble demand

NEW YORK DLA Strategic Materials sold 280 tons of low-carbon ferrochrome in November for $734,000, the agency said.
The material was bought at around $1.99 per pound (chrome contained), according to AMMs calulations, the lowest ferrochrome price for Fort Belvoir, Va.-based DLA since it resumed sales of the metal in May.....
