NEW YORK — Canadian copper producer Quadra FNX Mining Ltd. has agreed to an acquisition by KGHM Polska Miedz SA, the companies announced Tuesday.
Polish producer KGHM plans to buy all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Quadra for Canadian $15 ($14.83) per share with cash on hand. Between the common shares and payments for outstanding warrants, the total value....
