SE Asian buyers shun higher scrap offers

Southeast Asian buyers are staying out of the scrap market after offers into the region rose for a second week.
Offers for HMS 1&2 (80:20 mix) in containers from Europe and the USA are at $425-430 per tonne cfr this week, up from $420-430 per tonne cfr last week, sources in the region said.
Offers for breakbulk have also gone up....
