Base metals prices dip in LME officials as euro falls back

Base metals prices gave up some earlier gains in the official session at the London Metal Exchange on December 7, as prices continued to bounce around within ranges prior to the EU heads-of-state summit this coming Friday.
The euro, which was trading at about $1.343 during the pre-market, slipped to around $1.337 by the officials.
