EMED md moves to quell shareholder doubts on Rio Tinto restart

EMED Mining md Harry Anagnostaras Adams has moved to quell doubts, and sought to reassure investors that the Rio Tinto copper project restart will still go ahead on time, at a shareholder meeting held in London.
He admitted that employees at the operation are scared, anxious, tired, and militant as they continue to await the restart of the former mine in southern Spain, but added that he believes the project will not be kept from meeting its deadline for commissioning at the end of 2012.
