Metso wins patent infringement lawsuit

Mining equipment manufacturer Metso has won a patent infringement lawsuit against Terex, one of its subsidiaries and two of its dealers in the USA.
The Federal District Court for the Eastern district of New York on December 9 affirmed a jury verdict, delivered on December 6, that Terex wilfully infringed Metso’s US patent relating to mobile crushing and screening machines. ....
