NEW YORK — Patriarch Partners LLC’s planned acquisition of Hussey Copper Corp. is expected to be finalized Thursday, Hussey’s chief restructuring officer told AMM.
The final sale price will be determined by the copper price on the day of the deal’s close, according to the terms of the agreement. ....
