Voestalpine to merge automotive, tube/sections divisions

Voestalpine is to merge its Automotive and Profilform divisions with effect from April 1 next year, the steelmaker said.
The two divisions, which are currently managed separately, will form a single division headed by Herbert Eibensteiner, the company....
